Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel over to the designated courier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
